According to variety.com, in addition to raising awareness and much-needed funds for scleroderma, the event also offered an opportunity for the Scleroderma Research Foundation to thank Saget for all his hard work as a member of the non-profit organization’s board.

The evening boasted a full house and Saget was joined by an array of Hollywood stars from musician to comedians, along with celebrity chefs who provided the food.  This year’s event raised $1.5 million dollars for scleroderma research and brings the total raised for the organization over the last 25 years to more than $40 million.
