This touching video from Sarah Beriyth shows how siblings came together to help their brother Zarias, whose scleroderma had become so bad, he was no longer able to walk.

Zarias had moved from his native South Africa with his wife Inge and young son to set up life in Thailand. However, as Zarias’ health deteriorated, they had to make the difficult decision to move back to South Africa. Determined not to let their brother down, Sarah and her older brother, FC, made their way to Thailand to help Zarias and Inge make the journey back home.
