The Terranea Resort in Los Angeles, California is playing host to the unique Patient to Patient Experience Symposium. The three-day event will focus on the issues scleroderma patients face, including practical solutions to improve quality of life, promote positive health habits, and ways to prevent symptoms from getting worse. There will also be a focus on improving knowledge of the disease for health care practitioners and connecting multi-discipline professionals to work toward the common goal of finding a cure.

Find out how scleroderma affects the everyday lives of patients.

The event will be held from November 18 to 20 at the Palas Verde venue, and between 200 and 300 people are expected to attend from the field of scleroderma and other autoimmune diseases.

Find out about Crystal’s experience with scleroderma and how she hopes stem cell treatment will help.
