6. Water, water, and some more water
Don’t forget to drink fresh, filtered water. Preferably which has never been exposed to plastic. Drink only from stainless steel or glass containers and use a water filtration system at home.
Aim to drink at least 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. For example, a 150-pound person should drink at least 75 ounces of water daily.
